CRS Info
Yesterday: finished an out an back on my last day of reserve. Called CRS for release as per normal.
CRS says you're released into days off ... oh looks like you have some vacation after that ... we'll call you if we need you during the days off ... we'll be DRAFTING EVERYDAY IN ALL SEATS.
My response: no need to call me, I NEED the time off.
CRS response: no problem, we haven't had ANY problems drafting for a while now. Guys seem to be chomping at the bit for draft.
Hmmm ... we shall see.

We're 4 years into negotiations.
When a crew member says ALPA, the MEC, my REP, my P2P friend hasn't said anything, you’ve had your head in the sand and don't give 2 cents about a new CBA.
When a crew member tells you OUR ALPA hasn’t told them to stop flying disputed pairings, DRF, VLT, M/U or sell back their vacation, you’ve met a MORON!!! They won’t tell us.

The company has had us by the balls and they know have always known it ............... We can't even keep folks from picking up DISPUTED PAIRINGS, let alone an effort to turn away from DRAFT or some SPECIAL DEALS, which is common place around here.
The notion that there is a pile of money dedicated to getting the next CBA accomplished is nonsense ...................... no amount of money will matter IF the collective will of a bunch of ****ed off pilots comes to fore.

They need to be called out. They're BSing us with this crap on layovers and at cruise hoping to slide by in some socially acceptable form. Don't give them a pass.
