FDX New SCP

RF just announced as new SCP. I know the name but have never had any dealings with him. I know he's been in mgmt positions over the years. Thoughts?

I heard from the crew bus driver that he was the Pro-Management Choice. It would be novel if the ever-reliable crew bus driver would be proven wrong.

I hope this doesn't come back to bite me but, could he possibly be any worse then the last chief pilot? I'm thinking anybody has got to be an improvement! Don't know him personally. He's been in management for quite a while, so I guess we'll see.

He was a good Airbus Fleet Captain. Much more of a pilot's pilot than B. Movement, although that isn't a high bar to attain.

Good dude from the few times I've worked with him. Personal and approachable. Might be pro management but at least he has a good personality and that's a start.

Of course I remember several years ago people on here touting JP as being a good guy. Maybe I'm confused with someone else though.

Ask previous Subic folks their opinion when you get the chance. Of course, we have zero input whatsoever into the decision. When you've seen the depths of the BOTTOM with regard to an SCP, then one would hope to see a reversal.

As long as PC has any involvement ... it's doubtful.
