Some of the HKG guys going to Dallas were saying the sim(s) they're using there do not have speed intervention. I'm not sure how that is possible or if it's even accurate but if that's the case, I would think the amount of negative training would be significant.
I think they are Capt/FO.. Speed intervention works but no altitude intervention.

Many 75 & 76's don't have ALT Intervene. Some even will go from VNAV SPD in the climb /descent to ALT HOLD instead of VNAV ALT. FDX paid to mod all their A/c to have Alt intervene and a better VNAV function.

I think the point is shouldn't we train on what we fly? Others have round dials should we train on those? What's the limit on how much and what can differ?

At this stage, Iceland is not written off yet. There is even talk of it being used for ITU training. All of course, subject to change. DFW is going to be around for a while. The necessary mods to bring it in line with FX equipment, will be made in time.

They've sent the crew force several messages discussing the FAA's "interpretation" of the new IOE/Consolidation/Currency rules regarding the HKG 757/767 domicile. Are these stricter interpretations also being applied to the IND and MEM domiciles?

this isn't HKG specific. It's also industry wide - not just a FedEx harassment program. Every airline flying 757/767 is dealing with the same issue.

FedEx is attempting to get approval for 180 day consolidation. They were already told "no" for a 210 day option.

15, they want it around 22 by the end of the year.

Wishful thinking I believe.
