I always assumed it was a picture of the poster. After all, when I showed my (tech savvy) kids some of the avatars on here, they were quite bemused that men might have pictures of half naked women as their avatars, as in their world, a picture would be of themselves. So they thought maybe we just had a lot of sexy babes posting on the cargo forum.
Thinking maybe I should post a picture of Brad Pitt in a compromising position as my avatar, just to not be boring. Or maybe pictures of my dogs, naked.

I don't remember that ever happening at FedEx, however if it did, there would be more than one guy who might look at the adult magazine pictures of men. Not that there's anything wrong with that.
Oops, I forgot what thread I'm on. So if you're gay, you'd probably have more opportunity at Delta, however you might have a rare opportunity at FedEx, or so I've heard.

If commuting is your concern, FedEx has DH trips that pay you to commute.
Better vacation, Pension.
Regardless of how payrates work out in Delta's new contract, still gotta look at two things: 1. Minimum pay per day at each airline. 2. Percentage of pilots at each airline who are making the highest pay.
