UPS app problems
anyone else get this error message:
System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at ManageHR.UPS.Web.Shared.UserControls.FlightCrewSup plementv2.SaveData(SqlTransaction transaction) at ManageHR.UPS.Web.Candidate.EditDocumentPage.SaveBt n_Click(Object sender, ImageClickEventArgs e)
I receive this message when I try to complete the aircraft/type supplement 2.0.
I called UPS hr and they were unaware of any more problems. I emailed the HR person this error message today and have not heard back yet.
Is there a trick as to when you can enter this info? I am using safari but maybe it has to be on IE or some other browser to work.....
ideas...?????

Ya, they e-mailed me back, and said that you/we are unable to update the application on file. My question is if we significantly change our credentials (new heavy time by chance), are we supposed to re-apply? Again.

Spoke with a few HR reps today. They are aware of the problems out there and are working to get the software fixed. For now(IMO), all that can be done is to hang in there and keep checking the site for changes.
