Correct. Oct 1st Aeropartners is going bye bye. All current pilots will be brought into Western. Future hiring will be for Western. Pay raises among other major improvements are coming. Overall the latest announcement is a pretty positive change in the right direction. A lot of the pilot group are pretty excited about the changes especially on the FO side of things.

Word is that WGA has been sold. Word is that Amazon is the buyer to make it the inhouse Amazon Prime Air airline. Getting on now would be like getting on at FedEx when they flew Falcon 20s.

Your credibility and attitude are trite, therefore your input is invalid. Second, theres more validity to the Amazon purchase of Florida West for their in-house endeavor.
Troll.

Western Global recently contacted me and asked if I would come back explaining that things are changing for the better and they want to take care of their pilots now. As Muredhawk mentioned before it definitely sounds like a step in the right direction. I always thought the place could be a really good place. Glad they are finally serious about making it one. Here is a list of improvements they sent in that email to me:

• Increase (of up to 30%) in the daily pay rates for both Captains and First Officers;

• $5,000 End of Year Bonus in appreciation of dedicated pilot performance through 2016

• Continuation of 150% pay for days 19 and 20 and 200% for days 21 and above;

• Continuation of enhanced sick accrual, 401k and vacation policies implemented by AP;

• Continuation of the $10,000 24-month longevity bonus implemented by AP;
