ABX Air Hiring
I know of only one person that has failed out of training, but I've been told that there were some other issues going on. There might have been a couple more people that I'm not aware of.
For what it's worth, everyone in my class passed their orals (the last 4 of us did ours today). We are still in the middle of sim, but training is very good and fair as long as you're willing to put the effort in. If you take the job, just work hard and you'll be fine. They aren't going to offer the job to people who are incapable of meeting their standards.

I think there's only been one new hire and two captain upgrades fail.
Overall all the new hires haven't had any issues. There's been a few exceptions of course.
My sense is the ABX and ATI management are competing with each other on expanding faster. So far ABX is winning.

Great thread all.
Does anyone know when the application window will reopen? When I go to ABX's flight crew hiring section, the link just bounces me to the general hiring list and it doesn't have flight crew/pilot listed.
It does have "Disgruntled Night-Troll" on the list. Is this what I'm looking for? jkng.

Hey you need to sober up! We're on strike for status quo violations related to not having enough pilots not because we don't have enough pilots. Get your facts straight.
