Are the ramps and facilities at CVG and ILN serviced by Teamster truckers/ramp workers? I know KLAX is. If so are the truckers/rampers honoring the strike?
Could management pilots move aircraft to a different airport (DAY?), and DHL could truck the freight to that location and load the aircraft there, thereby circumventing the picket line? Would crews be legally forced in working outbound flights from the other airport since there is no picket line there? I certainly hope this is NOT the case!

Don't forget.... FedEx and ups also carry Amazon freight so they would never know if it was originally ABX or ATI or anyone else.....or vice vesa for that matter. The biggest problem facing Amazon would be that they haven't contracted with other carriers for the extra capacity. There probably isn't extra capacity because everyone is maxed out for Peak already. I'm amazed by the ripple effect of one group of pilots...

Minor point here, guys. ILM is Wilmington, North Carolina, which has nothing to do with ABX. ILN is Wilmington, Ohio which is where picket lines are set up. That said, as a retired ABX pilot, I am proud of my former colleagues and all the fellow pilots who are supporting them. This had been a long time coming.

Who is Judge Timothy Black?
Don't have too much faith in this judge, he will probably grant the injunction some time tomorrow!
ALPA still bites the big canolli

You should stick to things you know. Labor law isn't one of them. As far as ALPA's "real labor lawyers"...they know full well that there is such a thing as a legal strike for violating status quo. That you don't know isn't surprising.
Just as Prater sold out the ATI pilots by signing a whipsaw CBA that the IBT refused to sign to keep them from being able to whipsaw ATI against not only IBT....but ALPA groups...Canoy is selling out all pilots by not honoring a legal picket line.
There is no shame or integrity left at ALPA. It's not a labor union, but an association that cares about wearing suits, looking important and drinking top shelf hooch while hob nobbing with people they think care about them.
They doesn't care one bit about trade unionism. It's all about the $$$

Memo to ATI crews from Rodney C. Ennis, dated November 22, 2016 with regards to jumpseat access:
"Effective immediately and until further notice, ABX/ATLAS/POLAR/SOUTHERN & KALITTA AIR crewmembers are restricted from travel on ATI aircraft. This includes both jumpseat and supernumerary access.
If you have any questions, contact me at (317) 513-8490."
Way to go ATI... Ever heard of karma? I hear it can be a real b****.
