My mistake. Off by 1000. I was thinking they had lost a lot of pilots.

Hi guys,

Just looking at the possibility of trying to come over to Atlas from OO, trying to decide if I should stay as currently have around 6 months to upgrade.

If I were able to come over, how hard is it to pick up extra work? Can I do close to 100 block per month?

Thank you

Sure, no problem getting the 120 or higher credit every month. All you have to do is call scheduling and just tell them you want to work.

Very few are picking up OT...
I've been on property for 17 months add have never "blocked" more than 20 hours. I rountinely credit around 77 hours.

Don't come here planning on picking up OT- we are in contract talks, and it's a seniority based OT system

Why would you leave just prior to upgrade?

Every senior FO goes through that phase. Then they realize it's a mistake to settle for some place rather than taking the upgrade.

From what you say, it's possible for a very junior pilot to pick up as much open time as he/she desires.
