I am as frustrated as everyone else here. Between the CP promising raises, Loss of Europe flying, and now this in MIA. I hope those who can bail. I'm not sure the top two really care if this place implodes as they have fleeced iAero for millions

Using the loss of Cuba flying as an excuse to not increase pay?

Forgive my ignorance, why would anyone want to work at Swift? I’m not trying to be disrespectful, just curious.

How did it get approved by the FAA? The same way the 737 Max 8 got all bunged up. The FAA allowed Swift to likely copy the training syllabus from some other freight dog carrier and then Swift never actually implemented it. Looked good on paper.
The FAA allowed Boeing incredible self oversight also because of under funding and lack of manpower.
The FAA actually knows what goes on at Swift and others like it, but rarely take the time to really do anything about it until there is an accident or incident.

Honestly I was never a fan of RB, but he has experience with an airline going from a mom and pop's shop to a bigger airline. His experience in scheduled flying would prove to be valuable to Iaero.

Default If you think that’s bad

Try Miami Air. It’s worse.
