1) Deny all knowledge.
2) Make counter accusations.
3) If all else fails.... lie.

The one main thing to remember is that someone else, not OAI management in TUL, calls the shots now and controls the purse strings. No matter what you may think personally about Omni's future viability (I agree with your sentiments), the new management could decide otherwise. An acquisition can lead to many things---merger, conversion to cargo from passenger, downsizing, fleet make-over and even receivership. There's just no way to tell, and essentially all OAI pilots are along for the ride.
I see that Abex is IBT1221, but ATI is Alpa. Both of those companies now pay less than OAI; a future CBA could be at issue with any disparities between wholly-owned subsidiaries.

23 years ago, as a newly minted DC-8 Second Officer (FE for you young'uns) I was told when I hit the line, "If you are summoned to go see the plastic airplane collection, there are three things to remember and in this order:
1) Deny all knowledge.
2) Make counter accusations.
3) If all else fails.... lie.
