It's three lanes in both directions. Runs parallel to the 8's, just north of Perimeter Drive. Was home to EAL, corrosion corner and too many bottom feeding outfits & outcasts to name. Sun set on that Miami a ways back despite the tear sprinklers you still see running full blast on here sometimes. A love/hate arrangement, permanent tattoo of my life on the job. Got paid. Didn't get locked up. https://youtu.be/dEjXPY9jOx8

Sounds like 2 bases to start, one west coast, one east. Starting with 3 planes in 2nd quarter of 2021 and planning to have 6 by the end of 2021. No training contract, 2500/mo training pay for FOs 4000/mo for Captains. 65 hr/mo guarantee with CA pay 130 1st year then 135, 140. FO pay 1st year 55, then 85, 90. $2.00/hr per diem. Interviewing this week and till Wednesday of next week for the first class. I think that's most of it.

I'm glad they are hiring for those who need a job but man they'll have trouble if other airlines get going again with that pay.
these guys they are hiring are experienced and typed already.

How much do you think 20,000+ regional pilots make?

I agree but in 2019 would xtra have much of a chance of recruiting and retaining them at those rates?

Absolutely.

Places like Swift, Sun Country and Atlas did it.

Swift/iAero increased pay, grew the fleet. It meant new hires would upgrade quickly to even better pay.... then Covid

Sun Country added 10 planes worth of Cargo flying meaning quick upgrades to better pay.... then Covid

Atlas did not do well hiring, they dropped contracts, and parked a lot of planes. Yes, they hired, but not enough and not the caliber they had been used to. Lots more failures. With their bleeding of pilots they barely held status quo.
Atlas is getting people now because of the furloughs. They also are closer to a contract, and there are people tossing the coin that getting in now will be much easier than after the new CBA (I think they are correct)

You've been proven wrong so many times on these and other forums I doubt anyone will take you seriously.

You haven't been right about anything, and they've driven you out of your own regional threads because you're such a company goo gobbler stooge selling flow. LOL Time will tell on this one, we can revisit it then.
