I'm guessing there will be 0 upgrade classes in 2024... and maybe longer??
8 B-777 captains have left this year already but not a single upgrade class; and I think similar numbers on the 767 fleet. Should those of us interested in the left seat look elsewhere or hold out hope? I hope everything works out for you all and things look up in the near future. Cheers |

The March 25th 767 class just got downsized by a few as well. Disappointing, but everything happens for a reason.

It's hard to believe that Omni hours were down last year.
Never believe management during negotiations. |

Cheers is Omni likely to survive or should we be keeping our options open, not just for the legacy carriers but for more stable ACMI carriers? (Atlas and Kalitta *seem* stable.. maybe I'm wrong ? WGN and ATI don't seem stable at all.. National appears to be ok but works their pilots past their breaking point) |

One wonders how an operator like Omni is going to get anyone to show up for a class, if they keep pulling these stunts. Seems a bit of a reputation-killer. Hopefully those who were given conditional job offers hadn't turned in their notices at their existing jobs. |

At least this guy didn't wait until they were new-hires within two hours of their checkride, before sending them packing.

Could’ve kept them in the pool or offered reasoning but as far as I’m yet aware there’s nothing. |

I hope for that as well, for myself and for everyone.
