Section 1, Page 2, Paragraph E (Scope) explains in language how this transition will be applied to the operation..From what I read, and understand...Short term advantage to those pilots already flying the operation, but in the long term they will be displaced out of the seat into what their seniority will hold...I'm sure I will be corrected by someone who wants to interpret it the way they want to see it...

When AS got rid of the MD-80, there were guys who sat idle for MONTHS waiting for a 737 class date. The all got their monthly minimum guarantee along with all their other benefits (i.e. medical, etc.).
