No they will be in danger when you get a violation on your record. Go talk to the guys who went to Atlas or other jobs after Elite, they will tell you more on why they left.

Let's just put it out there that I PM'd you directly with the contact info of our acting chief pilot. And I also did that because I couldn't answer all the questions and wanted to make sure you got the correct info. In fact here's what I sent you directly:

"I'm not sure who you spoke to but there will always be those who are unhappy in aviation I suppose. I would advise you pm comrcap on here. He is our current acting Chief Pilot. He can dispell any of the BS. He's a straight shooter. We are a young company that's growing so growing pains are to be expected. I have no complaints."

No you don't have to bribe anyone to get a schedule you want. Simply put a request in if there's a trip you want. You may get it, might not. But it's due to demand. No bonus but we are home based and positive space to assignment. Per Diem is correct. Dude I've tried to help you but you do nothing but rag on places you don't work for. Nobody is censoring you. I've answered openly and honestly. I'm not a kool aid drinker. I've been open to those who have reached out. You're just a bitter *******. But as those following have figured out I do try to help. So don't try to spin it any other way.

Not sure what you mean. Pilots will fly wherever needed, not just the caljet route.

757s arriving shortly, but CRJ guys won't be moving up.
FOs aren't being upgraded - company is hiring street capt's instead. Folks moving on quickly and they're gonna have a hard time flying the schedules.
