You make some interesting assumptions for someone who doesn't work for Omni. Also, unless you're retired you never know what your future holds in terms of incidents or accidents. I'm sure you know the saying, old pilots and BOLD pilots.... dont be the bold one!

It's just that Omni didn't want any of us who were experienced in that theater.....

Big difference, Vision lost the contract due to poor performance and did not go out of business. Omni has hired many a NAA pilot, at the bottom. I understand it's just business. I believe karma has some merit.

Vision didn't lose anything because of performance...Contracts have time periods. The contract was up and bids went out. When dealing with government contracts that go out for bid the incumbent operator loses the advantage because of the government contract bidding process...And at the time NAA was underbidding everyone....That's why NAA is no longer in business....And in regards to Omni hiring NAA pilots....Why wouldn't new hires NOT be on the bottom of the sonority list?...NAA pilots are no better at flying 767's then the next guy...
Nice thing about Omni...They own their airplanes and are not forced to bid on contracts that don't make money...It's good business to sit an airplane than to fly it at a loss...
