There are lots of Dash FOs on reserve who still need consolidation, so I think a lot of the next few classes will be ERJ

How long is reserve for first officers? What about guys coming in with part 121 time and upgrade fast? How long is ca reserve. For IAD that is

Reserve depends on what plane you're on. My guess is shorter on the jet since they are over staffed on the dash. Upgrade is as soon as you have the time. The August new hire class had 3 or 4 guys that had the time and were awarded jet captain after indoc. September new hires are all going to the jet.

Jet is coming to EWR in 1Q 2017. This is no longer a rumor, it is a fact.

FO- 1-2 months depending on airplane

Upgrade - When you are done with IOE.

CA - It could be a while. March upgrade class still has captains as CQF. Then you are on CA reserve for a couple months. At this pace, maybe a year?
