Incorrect. We were ranked 8 out of 8 in May. The 6 out of 8 ranking was a mistake that has been corrected.

I don't see why I should tell people to come to a place that offers less money, poorly organized training, and worse contract and work rules than so many other regionals? I would definitely not advise my friends or former students to come here right now. There are too many better options. We are barely better than Mesa and you could make more money at GoJet..

I'd rather take a hit than sell good people a clunker just to serve my own selfish needs. If that makes me an idiot, then so be it.

I wouldn't recommend anyone come here unless they live at a base. Even then, there are other options. Our bonus is a total joke. For someone brand new to 121 without an ATP, there is literally no reason to come here in terms of a bonus.

5 months of hiring has gained us 6 pilots for 2017.

There is quite a bit of movement. Unfortunately it's coming from the top and bottom of the list.

I'm not sure why everyone is so concerned about performance. It's a proven fact that United doesn't give two ****s about performance. XJT clawed it's way back from the bottom, and still keeps getting kicked in the nuts.

The old UA leadership may not have put as much info performance as they should have. The new UA leadership cares a great deal.
