Depends on whether you're talking about captains or FOs. You can go to PBS and download the schedule PDFs per base and seat from Dropbox. Compare to the DOH from the seniority list.
Reserve might be two years or longer if you're a DEC. FOs are usually on reserve 3-9 months in the junior base and 8-12 in the senior base. (The company is so small it can oscillate back and forth quite a bit from month to month.) However, with the severe captain imbalance that's developing, FO reserve times might be increasing.

Like DMS said! Go to PBS and then scroll down to the reports and find the one for IAD FO. Find the employee who is the most junior lineholder and then look their employee number up on the seniority list in mydaily. Only like 3 or 4 slots senior to the most junior lineholder is the most senior reserve and they are a 7/2021 hire. For whatever reason, only like 3 pilots hired between summer 21 and summer 22 stuck around IAD. Last month the junior lineholder was only a couple slots more senior, that's why the change seems so drastic

Well. That all changed quickly.

Captain attrition and captain morale or just Captain Attrition and Morale in general?
Given how much pilots like to b%tch and complain, it's hard to ever get a sense of morale.
On CA attrition, I'm not sure, but the CA upgrade classes have been happening steadily. I've been seeing a string of 600-series captains recently. (600 referring to #s)

Depends who you are. They changed the rule so that you can (allegedly) flow within 4 months of hitting 1600 PIC time, guaranteed. The old terms were 2000 UAX time (reducible to 1500 if you did 500 PIC) but the flow was "we'll call you when we call you". They are also forcing people who previously used the 2000-no-PIC route to upgrade and do 500 hours of PIC.
If you were a senior FO with 1900 hours at C5 trying to ride it out in IAD without upgrading and being banished to IAH, you'd probably be pretty ****ed. If you were a captain with close to 1600 hours you would probably be elated because "you now qualify to flow at some point" just turned into "you will flow in the next few months".
There's a huge middle ground there and I'm curious how the rest of the pilot group feels

The bigger issue I would say is our "industry standard" pay and work rules. We've had FOs previously in Aviate leave to an LCC and interview after a year end up with class dates at UA. A year at F9, NK, or WN definitely sounds like a better, faster, and more secure experience than sticking it out here...
