Hm. If we actually had a real sign on bonus, better work rules (especially reserve), and a retention bonus they might have full classes. Until they wake up, it'll never change. Pretty simple.

So the .com website, under the pilot hiring page, says "new base TBD 2017". I've heard both that it has been there forever and also that it was just recently added within the last couple of weeks. Any thoughts? If we get a new base I don't suspect ORD due to the recent Air Whisky deal. IAH?

Is it possible to get Dash-8's as a new hire. Can you request them? What base would you be assigned to with a Dash-8 slot?

No, all new hires are being assigned the jet. You should have no problem being awarded either base as they are short FO's in both.

Yeah what aviapr said....I think they stop hiring into the dash now since pulldown has started, u can try to ask for it if u want but idk if ull get it. And as for base, it doesnt matter which equipment u get.

Whatever happened to the ORD base you guys were supposed to get?

And I'm sure this has been addressed but what are ppl thinking upgrade times and projection times for the United CPP will be?
