Some, yes. In the 15 months I spent there I saw ONE go to SWA (and he had 8000 hours of heavy int'l time), two go to Spirit, one to Kalitta, and ZERO to AA, FDX, or UPS.
Other than UA through the CPP, it's very rare that anyone leaves C5 for a decent airline through what I've seen. I saw many leave for Envoy, Endeavor, Air Wisconsin, corporate, SkyWest, Northern Air Cargo, Southern etc. From my class of 29 only 15 months ago, I believe there are only 10 left. The best airline any of them left for that I know of is JetBlue (and again, he had thousands of heavy hours). That's what I saw, if many people left for good places, by all means, post it.
Those are facts. Unfortunately it seems that C5 does not have a good reputation among some of the majors. I've been to job fairs and have witnessed the bias. This is one of MANY reasons that I chose to leave and recommend others stay away. Just my informed opinion.

I forgot about the Hawaiian, didn’t know about the AA, that’s surprising and encouraging. I know one guy who was trying hard to get on at AK and was well-qualified, hope it was him.

Dulles DH8 CA went to Southwest in December. A IAD ERJ CA is going to Delta this month. I know a DH8 FO that is leaving this month for UAL as a off the street, not sure if he was in the count of 2. One of the AA hires is a legacy and I suspect being female greatly helped her chances of getting off the street since she was a off the street civilian, those spots seem to usually go to Military.

Why so serious?
Additionally, I would point you to posts #4753 & #4755 as facts in contravention to your... 'additions' to this thread associated to an airline you no longer are employed by.

It’s a public forum where people ask for and supply information.
It’s simple, really.
I have insight to provide. I provide it. If you disagree or don’t like it, fine. However, you clearly seem to have a problem with it.
C5 is a crudshow. Plain and simple. Can’t staff airplanes. Junior man people an outrageous amount. Pay is now lacking. Dispatch literally sends you to places without reading NOTAMs (consistently). Training was POOR. The airplanes are old. The contract is... well, pitiful.
Am I rollin in green grass now? Compared to CommutAir, yes. I wish I had come here a year ago. I’m still at a regional but I am being paid more, and I did go through a professional training program. I implore people considering C5 to look at other options. Do not believe recruiters. Do not believe you will upgrade as soon as you get 1000 121.
Best of luck.

Do I need motives?

Which is worse since they seem to give no regard whatsoever to seniority. And there is no contractual protection to being extended again and again and again. Even if you’ve been on the road for two straight weeks. (I have actually been extended and gone for 13 straight days.)
