Rumors have been floated that a massive shift of flying from EWR to IAD is going to happen in April.

More like 3 from the new hire class got IAD. That's out of 13 so hardly 2/3!

Default Interview

I have an interview scheduled in the upcoming days and was wondering if anyone could dm me some good info about the interview process. I have read aviation interviews, but I will be interviewing for the DIRECT entry Captain position. There doesn't seem to be many or any post in regards to how their interview went. I am mostly wondering about the technical portion of this interview since I have not flown in a few months. Thank you again.

I would subscribe to aviationinterviews.com. That is what I used to study for mine and it was almost exactly like the interview.

As far as the technical portion goes there were a lot of Multi-engine priciple questions (SMACFUM, PAST, Vmc, etc.) They ask you to breif an approach, make sure to look at the note that denotes RVR is 18 if you have a Flight Director, thats the only stumper that I can remember.

They also asked about Mach Tuck and Coffin Corner which were the only suprises for me. Every other question was on aviationinterviews.com. Very straight forward interview

This is incorrect. We have had a number of classes bigger than 15 people in the lasy3 months. The January classes have both been closer to 20 people each.

Both those classes have less than 15 people. I know because I'm in one.
