Thanks! So a March 1 effective date that passes LOE this weekend is going to get the full 75 CA hours for March? Amazing how these forums always have the real answers

For some NLC's, Compass is a moonlighting gig. I could see them referring to Compass as "your company."
A few weeks ago CAE in MSP had an E-170 instructor job posted. Now that seems a little strange.
We have some very good NLCs, some of whom have flown with Compass in the recent past.

Hey Everyone,
I've been scouting all the regionals lately and I was offered an interview with Compass. It seems like a good company however I do have some questions. How stable is this company at the moment? I understand that this answer changes day to day but it appears that you guys may be losing some of your flying. Does it seem like DL or AA may not renew your contracts when they expire?
If you were just entering the regional market, would you still choose Compass or another airline?
I do have other offers from SkyWest, PSA, and ExpressJet. I'm trying to gauge what would be the best way to go.
Thank you in advance.

. But seriously? Yes, I would. YMMV though. Choose an airline where you can live in base. If Compass is your best option for that - do it. If one of the other would suit you better, go for it. Even PSAs crappy wages and work rules wouldn’t be a showstopper if you can live in base with them. Same, same, ANY of the others.

Freightpilotguy...Meet our very own Excargodog
Seriously though ExC-dog, being that most of my industry knowledge comes from ALPA national emails and gate agent rants in the jet bridge, I learn a lot reading your posts.. Glad you chimed in.

Hey guys, I left CPZ about a year ago. Curious what the hire date is on the most recent upgrades. Cheers
