Never had to use ZED but it looks like you can still access it with a direct link. Someone posted it in the FB page.

When I signed up last year I remember seeing that connection carriers were ineligible too but we were still able to use them. Go figure.

I remember when Delta sold CZ to TSH, we assumed the ZED passes would go away as that benefit was only for mainline and their wholly owned. So, it was a relief to see that we still had it, until apparently now.

Anybody know how the Compass profile gets updated (or apparently doesn’t). There’s a lot outdated - especially junior captains that don’t look like they’ve been updated in ...well, forever. You’d think recruiting would want to update at least the favorable things....

Basically hearing this isn’t a glitch, and it’s affecting CP,OO and G7. Yanking ZEDs from the DGS ground handlers went over so well for them...can only imagine how well it’s going to go over with the people that actually physically move their passengers allowing them to be the self proclaimed worlds best airline..

It seems nearly every F/A I know primarily took the job for the travel benefits. Given the abuse they're taking now, the high turnover, and difficulty replacing those F/As who leave, coupled with what now appears to be a loss in travel benefits..the F/A staffing issue is going to be even more critical. Flight cancellations in our near future?

Would it be possible to gain ZED access through AA?

From what I’ve been told it’s up to each individual carrier to negotiate their own zed agreements, so I’m sure if Holdings or CP wanted to negotiate something with other airlines it could be done

Can anyone confirm if we have any pilots or FAs stranded anywhere from this?
