I actually do. Because it's crazy, but regionals are crazy.
I think cost will prevail in the end and we're cheaper than the other guys. The Mesa model! But, who knows. If we go byebye for DL, it won't be the crews fault. It will be on MX and TSH, unfortunately.
If the jets don't end up in the desert, they will have the same issues for the new owner, however they may be willing to pour some dollars into refurbishment and preventative MX...

So you don’t understand how airlines make money? It has little to do with spending money on regional partners. I suggest you do some research.
Customers buy tickets to get from A to B with zero disruptions expected. Compass delaying/canceling flights are disruptions leading to disgruntled customers aka lost profit/business. Not as miserably as compass. I probably would have put some effort into researching my regional of choice. Sadly this doesn’t happen too much nowadays. Stability is NOT equal across the board! Good luck to ya.
