Q- long sits in base are not getting day rooms they are told to use the quit room?
A- Please email specific details to use to look into.

Q- Republic buying us rumor have they even been in contact with us?
A- Makes sense but blog post is unfounded. Nothing imminent, we don’t know anything.

Q- backlog in hiring waiting for class dates?
A- Classes scheduled through the end of the year are full. Working on plan for 2019. Upgrades continue at a good pace. Small training backlog one sim down for upgrades.

Q- pairing productivity and raised floors increased days off?
A- Happy to see floors coming down Oct-Nov all floors should be back down to normal. Lots of training to increase staffing. Productivity is tied to schedule we are given by code share partners and there is little we can do about it.

Q- 2 emergencies for hydraulics is this normal or high?
A- Airplanes brake. Is it normal, no. Does it happen, yes. Crews handled situation well. It was a just a fluke.

Q- SJC issue MX lack of training and knowledge. What are we doing to train MX?
A- Lost lots of MX to mainlines. High turnover. Working to train replacements as quick as possible. They have to learn some on the job they can’t teach them everything in training.

Q- AA crew room in terminal 4?
A- Not in the budget till 2019. Will be coming spring 2019 terminal 5.

Q- FA has IOCC denying trades for no reason?
A- Send us specifics because there is probably a reason you are not seeing.

I only take ever try to make Yankee when SW is behind me. even better if Zulu is occupied and you make SW roll all the way to AA.

Making the reverse in front of Southwest is my resume for my Southwest application. Doing a "widebody oversteer" (full tiller deflection to align with the centerline perfectly) onto the runway when told to "line up and wait" is my resume for all of my legacy airline applications.
