JC was a very senior LCA since the MSP era, heard he moved on to the big guys after MSP closed, things happened, not sure why.

FWIW, I’m a 2016 hire been here approaching 2 years, I have 1000 SIC at compass but PH won’t let me upgrade until I hit 1500ME. So the real choke on upgrading pilots is the CBA minimums for some of us in the upper 1100’s on the seniority list

I find it hard to believe they’re going to be able to hang on to those minimums, but maybe that’s the hope talking

And maybe the read file does allow for that, but it didn’t come off that way.

only if you were pic under 135.243 i.e. listed on the dispatch as PIC

Yes, i looked up the old seniority list from last year, its him. Even kept his old employee number.
