Is it true that they will not let you get over 100hrs pay credit? Is the phsical the day before you start like a class one our what? Sorry for all the questions, it is hard to find anyone who works there to ask.

My start date is 2/1 and they scheduled me for a physical on 1/31 so I only need to be out there for 2 days. You are on your own to get out there and need to put yourself up. Luckily I have a cousin in Rochester that I will be staying with. Once you start sim, they will get you there and put you up for the entire sim training in Montreal.

Naw, the contract makes it look that way until you get deep inside the scheduling section where you find out that a pilot actually CAN exceed 100 hrs credit only if they agree it it. IE, the company can't junior man you if you're already scheduled for 100 hrs for the month. It's called HIT or High-Time Flying.

As a first yr FO you need as much as you can get toward pay. I was at Piedmont, and with a line that paid 88-90ish hours you could get 100 to 115 for pay if you new how to work the system. Like premium pay(pay for trip plus 4hrs) and fly on your day off 30 in 7 and have your scheduled trip pay while you are off. It was alot of work but that first year pay sucks!!
