I was hired August 15. Akro is pretty much on as far as the info. I'm about 290 on the seniority. I wanted MEM and was able to hold it. In fact, I think everyone is pretty much getting the base of their choosing.
I was told 15 hours of pay for the homestudy, 3.5 per day for indoc and 75hr/mo guarantee for YUL + per diem. My pass benefits and CASS were active by the time I got to to airport after leaving orientation, medical starts after 30 days of employment (your hire date will be when you go to orientation).
So far it seems like a good bunch of people. This is my third regional and hopefully my last.
Good luck.

Good luck at the interview. They are interviewing, but not hiring guys with prior 121 time. They wont tell you this til you are in the interview but they are now firm on that 1000 multi.

not hiring guys with 121 time. Is that right or they are not hiring people unless you have 121time

Because this makes perfect sense. You serious six? Aren't all of Compass's senior mgmt pilots former IndyAir guys? And most of the seniority list is prior 121 aren't they? I don't get the prejudice all of a sudden.
