I'm interviewing there in a few weeks, and I was wondering how difficult is the Job Knowledge test, and what's the passing grade? Is it all multiple choice? What's the best way to study for it?

Congrats on the interview, I've been trying to get on board with them for a while now. Here's some more info on the interview that I found - My Compass Interview. Good luck!

Thanks! I really appreciate it. Hang in there, you'll get the call when you least expect it.

Is Compass still typing new applicants? Also, for those going to interviews, do you have an internal rec? I have a boatload of 135 turbine pic but not recs, curious if I could expect a call... Thanks

The answer to that question is it is NOT a PIC Type.
The FAA put a stop to that, so we will all be SIC Typed and will be provided a PIC Type in the event of an upgrade.

I had orientation on the 10th, and while it is in the contract, the FAA won't approve any more.
