Bring any waivers (colorvison or medication type things)...wasn't a big deal. Done mostly by the nurse, with the doc reviewing at the end, the doc was a nice guy.

The industry is going to get interesting, already seeing regionals have a tough time filling classes after 2 years of stagnation.

Going to be a bust year for HR and training. If any flow ups should occur near the end of the year it will be really fun!

Maybe they should pay for a hotel during training....

The applicants are out there, it is merely a matter of just how selective HR wants to be. Right now, one could argue they are being a bit TOO selective. That being said, I think it is only a matter of time before Compass does start to raise the ante a bit and start providing lodging during training, etc.

Could someone explain travel benefits at compass? Unlimited on delta for me and my spouse I know. What about my family (parents). Do they get any sort of passes? Any other info? Thanks!
