How firm is the Compass hiring department with regards to having a 4 year degree?

100% last time I heard. They were saying that because of HR requirements they'd have to take a 1500 hr. CFI with a degree over an experienced airline guy without one.

That's great news! I have all of the requirements except for the 4 year degree. (currently working on that though...) Would an Associate Degree, 3800 TT, 2900 ME turbine (most of that being 121 t-prop time) be competitive? Thanks!
