Do they have a preference for prior 121 applicants?

No just curious I've had airline apps going for a few years now and update monthly never heard a peep from them.

What are the chances Compass gets some of Eagle's flying for AA given the set of circumstances lately?

Zero percent chance. We can't staff for flows let alone new airplanes

They're very good at feeling out who is likely to leave their current employer for a QOL improvement. They know your chances of leaving Horizon are very slim while a Laker's chances are very high. They dig the tprop Pt. 121 kids for sure. Related to what they see as a QOL boost and thus a worthy endeavor.

Eh, I don't think you know what you're talking about. We have a lot of former QXers here, myself included, over the entirety of the seniority list, including fairly recently. Ditty for other airlines with (formerly) decent contracts, ie ExpressJet, Eagle, AirWhisky, etc. We have a minority contingent of ex-Lakes, Skyway, Air Midwest, etc Tprop drivers, but I don't think they've shown a hiring preference one way or the other, and certainly not based on who has the crappiest life right now and is therefore ready to drink the Compass koolaid.

Exactly. Not a chance we could pull it off.
