I was hired a while back, when hiring was at a slow trickle. I didn't have my ATP, had no 121 time and barely met the 1500 hour mins, so I encourage and mil guy to throw their stuff in.

Whats is take to get an interview at Compass? I've had an application on file via airlineapps for many months. Do I need to attend a job fair to get noticed?

I can't get called either. Been flying an RJ for 5 years. I hear of many others getting interviews. Does anyone have an HR email contact?

Wow, here I was feeling bad that I haven't gotten a call yet with my 1600TT! I guess I shouldn't hold my breath considering you guys have MUCH more experience and have yet to hear from them.

There's plenty of people being called arlund 1500-1600TT, know of a few actually but they have been flying 121 for the past 2 years... To the other guys I'm not sure why you wouldn't be called.
