Ok...so the point others are trying to make is only come to CPS if you can afford it. I have yet to meet someone here (at CPS) who had to declare bankruptcy during or after training as a result of the pay during CBT. The reason being each person who commits to a position here already knows what to expect financially for the first year and has planned accordingly. I seem to remember on the day of my interview, HR outlined exactly what we could expect for pay & expenses during training and on yr1 pay.
You don't like our pay, that's fine. Your point has been made. If you can't afford it, don't apply.
