Went to the ATL job fair two weeks ago and talked with Compass....nice folks. Meet all the mins....followed up, etc..they told me they'd call me "soon"...

I had my app in for two months and heard nothing, went to a job fair and got a call about a month later.

Got a call! Question, what is the pay during training? I heard 18 hours of pay during the 30 day period. How much during the remainder of training to the sim ride. Then does your guarantee start after the sim ride?

So one month home study then how long until IOE? I remember about another 2-3 weeks up in MSP?

I was thinking about staying at my current employer till 15 days into the study course, due to lack of pay. Would you recommend against this? Or does the training department make you "build the airplane"
