when does the first group of Compass CAs begin class at main-line? If the date isn't definite, what is at least the projected start date?
and I know this is a repetitive post, but how many Compass CAs from that point on will be leaving per month, ~20?
appreciate it, gentlemen

Projected to be Dec, Jan, or Feb and continuing at 20 per month until 25% of the list, currently projected at 115, flows.

Thanks, Jim or mynameisJim... whichever you prefer
From what I understand, those figures are based on a 12 month period, beginning from the first class. So we are potentially looking at a 200+ flow in 18 months. Yes?
Appreciate the response, enjoy your week

That means that someone who is a senior FO now will be in the top 1% in 18-24 months and someone hired today will be either a junior CA or very senior FO depending on how ppl bid. I think many non eligible flow pilots will be leaving for spirit/ allegiant/ VA ETC. as they also lose pilots to the recovering legacies.

That is exactly what the flow means for current Compass Pilots and future new-hires.

Did Compass drop the 500 multi requirment..? I hear guys have been getting interviews lately without it. Are they putting them in a pool until they get 500 hours multi?

I can't speak for recently, but there are two nasal radiators of the pointy nosed variety here that I know of. There are also a couple of Guard Viper guys as well. Plenty of Helo and Heavy drivers as well.

Not sure about mil pilots w/o 121 time. A bunch of capts/fo's have been getting calls for interviews in the past few days though.
