Can anyone shed the light on how fast you get the health bennies, briefly what kind of plans and how much for family of 3. Thx
Whoa, where did you get that pay scale? 2nd year for the new contract is $36.8something. Bennies start 30 days after so when you come back from home study. 2 plans both similar premiums. Family per month is around $500 or a little less. We just got hit with higher premiums but deductibles and out of pocket went down quite a bit.

Interesting. Might be to clear up some details about your application. Good luck!

Those are the old scales. You added 12.5%, you know what they say about public math! 36 X.0125

It's the initial screen to verify certain things on your app then they'll offer interview dates most likely. :-)

I know they look at college degree for sure. GPA is another thing they look at. 3.25GPA (3.0 is about as low as they like to go with some exceptions made) in college is kind of the bench mark they are looking for. It's the "if you can succeed in college then you can succeed in our training program" mentality. I know there's been a lot of talk (debate) on here about the two correlating.

Recency of flying time is big and previous 121 experience is big as well.

Apparently Compass is still being picky and can as they have so many applicants waiting to get calls.
