Is the 1,000 SIC in type? Or any 121 turbine aircraft?

The gouges are your best resource. I used mainly Compass and Delta gouges but I'd heard the old(?) ExpressJet as well. It is NOT ATP written questions! I also put a pretty detailed gouge for the cog test on airline interviews. Lumosity helps sharpen you up but definitely don't rush the cog. Do the practice for each cog, start steady, and as you progress through the task you'll find a good rhythm that allows for speed and accuracy. Then have some good TMAAT stories related to CRM and decision making. Good luck to those interviewing!

Make sure to read the directions VERY CAREFULLY. It's easy to think you know what it wants when it really wants the opposite of what you "think".

In short, don't think.

I've got job offers (Class Dates) with both SkyWest and Compass. I'd love to hear which one you all think is better and why. Thanks, I need to decide soon.
