I have a little over two years 135 experience. I submitted my app on a Saturday night and I got the interview email Monday morning...

30-90 sounds good to me! Plus a few will probably bypass to hold MSP. There was a few classes full of instructors earlier this year.

Do you have a 4-year college degree?

How quickly can Compass push out a vacancy?
The vacancy that closed mid December was effective for the March Bid period. If they were going to open SEA, how far in advance would they need to do that?

I wouldn't expect anything until after April.

Seems to coincide with flows leaving, typically as flows leave they upgrade people into new domicile, that way when they do company minimizes there cost to involuntary displace people and be required to pay moving expenses...this falls perfectly in time with 60/90 day holdbacks

Two cancelations today due to unavailable pilots and dozens of emails from scheduling recently asking..begging.. for pilots to fly trips on their days off. I got a call after my last trip begging me to "help them out and do them a favor and they'd make me a deal" if I extended myself into my day off to cover flights the next day.
