What does upgrade look like for 2/5 class?

After the flow guys are gone, what is a normal upgrade time look like?

Upgrade may not be 1 year going forward however Compass is a small company and majors are and will continue to be hiring. I believe any regional except the larger ones (Envoy, Skywest, ExpressJet, RAH, Horizon) will offer a much quicker upgrade than what pilots from 2000-2010 largely experienced.

My guess is 18-24 months...reserve really depends on base.

Not sure if this is the reason why but I believe there was a little bit of a labor scuffle at Embraer that may have slowed production down with airplanes being built.

Has anyone picked up their iPad yet? I'm hesitant to do so until we receive union communication in regards to a LOA. Would love to start using it and all, but I feel like I'll just be carrying around a $600 liability (with no case) at this point

Your case is $50, and your charger is $60 don't forget. $710 total.
