That's the thing, they normally have one or the other.....Compass would be perfect for me since I live near LAX and I know that base in junior. Maybe going to one of the job fairs and talking to a recruiter in person would help...?

How junior will this one go? It looks like we are already into 2013 hires and less then 15 numbers from 8/2013 hires!
The most junior Captain awarded in the last vacancy was hired August 22, 2013.

What are your quals? Maybe try AMF then apply. Or do a job fair and network heavily. Good Luck in your career.

Excuse me if I believe we should stick to what our mins have been from the beginning. Compass is not a 'starter' regional for every flight instructor in the US. Our training is not designed for someone just getting their feet wet with 121. A college degree shows an aptitude for learning and the quality associated with it.

Our recruiting dept has done a great job of getting qualified applicants, and I expect for them to continue to do so. If your qualified and get an offer, you've earned it, but they aren't going to just invite everybody with a pulse.

DA40Pilot, persistence is a key, if a degree isn't in the works. Good luck! If you get on, congrats.

Congrats to everyone that was hired on with CPZ!

I just have a quick question. Hoping someone who's been through training recently can answer, I'll be in MSP for the February 5th Indoc. I know indoc is a day long but how long roughly speaking? What time can we expect to be released? Just wondering because i'm debating whether to take the red eye out of LAS and arrive at 5am in MSP for an 8am indoc or just arrive the day before and get a hotel. Trying to save as much cash as possible.

Class date is February 23rd.

Look forward to meeting the new coworkers!

Expect to finish around 2-3pm. They will have your badge ready and you'll be in CASS.
