What is phase 1. Thats new to me. I dont think our training department has the capacity to do more than 8 every other week or so. They have a lot of recurrent and upgrades to handle as well. They could always outsource some of it like before but I think if they just keep 8 or so headed through in a steady flow every other week it should be pretty good.

I don't know if they could get a class of 8 through each month, nevermind every other week. They have enough trouble trying to schedule sim time to get 6 through every month.

Panel interview, etc.

A few others leave for greener pastures. I know an FO that is quitting this summer. With no flow I have moved up about 40 or so in the year that I have been here.
