I did not mean to cause you any worries. XJ pilot who had a medical issue had that before the DAL HR meeting so he was held back. On the last flowthru, you had to go thru DAL medical which is nothing more than a thorough 1st class medical. I assume DAL will do the same this time around, but I don't know for sure. Whatever it is I wouldn't worry if I were you. I see plenty of DAL pilots and wonder how they ever passed the 1st Class Physical. It certainly ain't no military flight physical for sure.

I don't think Splash flies for DAL, or is a fNWA.

A. There is more to a family than children.
B. My job is not to fly at Compass.
C. You have no idea how I voted, or the reasoning I used.
D. I resent only pilots who make stupid assumptions.
E. My situation is good - for many reasons. I have control over very few of those reasons.

A. They should call you Captain Obvious.

B. It's to troll the internet boards show everyone how insignificant you don't think you are.

C. Everyone I discuss Newco with swears they voted no. Alas CPZ is still here.

He sounds like a FNWA "Yes" voter to me, "vote yes to save the pension, ($12,000/month), and I will take my retirement, and lump sum ($275,000) and leave ....."you have the rest of your career to make it up". OK I'm done ranting

Not to worry. You and I seem to be in agreement on most of the topics here.

The flow through coming up later this year will be interesting to watch. Reading through the documents, and asking questions about them leads me to believe they are more complicated than many of us thought.

Negotiating them was a minor victory in the midst of a series of stinging losses during bankruptcy and its aftermath.
