Hey Guys Quick Question. Approximately How long after LOE did it take to get scheduled for IOE?

Off topic, but an important question to me.
Does any CPZ pilot use the David Clark DC Pro-X ANR headsets in the Embraer?
I am tempted to buy a set but have read reviews about Hot Mic in airliners being loud and always turning the intercom mic off because the DC doesnt have Mic Bias. The headset is so lightweight that when you look up to the overhead panel the headset either falls off your head or moves so much you have to readjust the whole headset with two hands. The headset is on ears rather than around ears and when you chew gum or have a conversation or have a eat meal in flight you get lots of air noise leaking through and lose the seal. Also the ANR doesnt help w the jet air noise and since that is mostly what we get in our plane, there isnt much ANR benefit.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Well long story short, I'm sick and was wondering if it was worth calling in sick now or if/when they give me notice, the contract says three hours prior for a sick call and they have to assign me 12 hours prior, of assignment. The FO grid has lots of reserves.
FWIW, I have a doctor's note and I emailed the union regarding this but I haven't heard back yet.

I wouldn't call in sick until they call you. With decent reserve coverage they probably won't even call you

That's what I was thinking. I'm more concerned with draining my sick bank. Since they bought me off my trip and placed me on recovery, I'm curious if a sick call on recovery would deduct sick time.

If there are plenty of reserves I'd wait. I believe they use someone on recovery as a last option...
