"Announced today.
Delta plans to base the first 20 E190s in SEA."
"Makes sense considering Delta mainline MX just took over daily line MX of the Compass E175 operation in Seattle. They are starting to get familiar with the aircraft."

go here https://register.delta.com/
Click on "new user or forget password"
if that doesnt work, there are multiple places that state "login issues" or "forget password" without having to sign in.

In his defense he is asking if he can view the paycheck that will be coming out on Jan 13. If you read his question he asked is "Is there a way to see the actual paycheck that we will be getting or does it only show hours worked. I've looked all over our intranet and I only see the hours worked, per diem, ect." He is stating he found on the compass web page the hours he will be getting paid but wants to find the pay stub for the Jan 13 check, which is not published until the paycheck comes out on Jan 13. Maybe you should go to Paycor and actually look around instead of belittling one of our pilots for not understanding the system in place.
The simple answer is the company does not publish your paystub on Paycor until you are paid that check. Also this would be a great question to ask on the union forum page, the people replying there are generally a little more informed on issues such as this and they are also not going to try and belittle you with incorrect and uniformed answers/statements.

To the OP. First off, I'm sorry if my post appeared offensive, it wasn't intended to be. But answer the answer is No, an actual paycheck is not viewable until it is actually published/deposited. But those "hours worked" you mentioned, are essentially what the check will contain. Unless errors in the number of hours are discovered by you, and payroll fixes it. It should be exactly what you see on your check. Not sure if that summary of hours shows the uniform alotment and pay for the occasional taxi/sfc movement pay.

It's all part of Delta's plan to replace their regional lift in the coming years. Up-gouging due to increased demand on routes their regionals started and Delta being proactive to replace their regional lift as their inability to staff the flying increases. It's only going to get worse for the regionals, unless you believe the mainline partners will pay them more so they can pay their pilots 20%-40% more and offer a real regional-to-mainline progression.

So in other words you think delta will take over the SEA e175 flying instead of contracting that out to compass?

In any case I think DL's objective is to ramp up their mainline presence in SEA to continue to compete with Alaska.
