I didn't have to provide proof of my parents at all. I wonder how they determine that. Went through initial exactly a year ago.

Does Compass have a 5-year policy against hiring someone with a wreckless driving conviction (class B misdemeanor)? Currently working on the Canadian waiver required to get into Canada and don't want it to be all for nothing. Thanks in advance.

Domestic Partners definitely require proof and there was an approval period for that after supporting documentation was provided.

I have no idea, but they serve quite a few cities in Canada, so I think getting the waiver would help your chances.

Class B misdemeanor aka DUI you got out of.

Yep...made the terrible mistake and got caught at a checkpoint. Didn't technically "get out" of it as I just plead down. Not afraid to admit it and not afraid to admit that it was the worst decision Ive made in my life. Only good thing out of it was that it happened early in my life/career and I know I wont be making that same mistake again. Was straightforward with the recruiters and they said without the Canadian TRP it would be a 0% chance, but also mentioned some felonies/misdemeanors are a disqualifier for 5 years.
I have sent in the paperwork for the Canadian waiver just looking for some insight if any people knew the answer to this since the recruiters did not.
