I very very very highly doubt delta will agree to additional flows than to those who already have these rights.
Ya'll get a guaranteed Delta interview though right? Is that something that you think will stick around with the new American flying? Or is it something that Delta is extending, but can revoke, like the the Endeavor EtD?

yes, as of now we get guaranteed interviews. Who knows if that will change since we are doing flying for AA now. We haven't heard anything about that. I don't know if Delta can take it away at any time. Someone else may know that answer.

When would you expect the first interview to take place for this group? Sometime next fall after the last flow leaves, did they give us any sort of timeline on how many will interview each week/month/year?

I haven't heard anything about how or when those interviews will start. I assume there will be more info coming about this time next year about that....if the agreement is still in place. I thought about asking the union for more info on that.

I wouldn't count on anything at this point it's strictly a word of mouth deal that our chief and who knows at DAL agreed too. We have no LOA and nothing in writing saying that this actually exist other than the fact that it's something they dangle as a carrot. I've tried for the last year to get a formal answer about the stipulations of when and if this will ever take place, I've never been given a fully reasonable answer...

So when someone talks about bidding in the top xx%, is that just an indicator of how far up the seniority list you are as a FO or CA? So top 25% means you are in the top fourth of seniority for bidding?

Yes, it's your relative seniority in base.

For example at Compass right now, a top 10% LAXFO would probably be 40% as an MSPFO and probably 60% as a DTWFO.

Is lax fully manned right now? Wonder how much attrition will happen there with msp and dtw being so much more senior.

In the short term yea, long term no with the 20 AA planes coming. MSP will stay senior especially if another west coast base opens and they close DTW
