You're starting to sounds like the Mesa guys. You have two left seats installed in dem bad boys or what? Fact is without growth, the upgrade time is (?????) and rising.

I don't work there anymore. Upgrade time was under 3 months...now it's back to a year or so. Losing 15-20 a month due to attrition, upgrade will stay under 2 years for quite some time.

Most recent vacancy had an April 2015 hire. Tell me again, what do you know?

You fanboys crack me up. I've seen the numbers, many of my homiez work there. You've hired like 95% of the pilot group in the last 18 months. The upgrade is about to go through the roof.

If you're honestly trying to tell a guy hired today he will upgrade in a year and a half?? ELOHeL. With the bypassers getting 1000 SIC it's about to get ugly for newbs.

But don't tell them that. Haha. Keep on keeping on.

That is simply not factually accurate. There aren't that many people that have been bypassed and there are some big upgrade classes coming that will catch most of them. Considering the pilot group and doing the math... we have already lost over 15 people this month. 600 active pilots... a guy hired today if attrition stays the same will upgrade in 20 months. Attrition is going to continue to be higher than industry average, because there are no lifers clogging the list, we are a young pilot group of gogetters that are getting our time and moving out and getting out. Additionally we have a management staff that is going to go out there and get us more flying.. and when as you say 95% of the pilot group is hired in the "last 18 months", we are CHEAP. We have a not-great contract and a very cheap employer. You KNOW we're probably going to go win more flying, that is just how this business works. Is it a sure thing? heck no. If attrition went to 6 a month... things would take much longer but they'd still be pretty reasonable.. but right now, would I bet money on 18 months? ... heck no the global economy is collapsing.. but is it possible, even probable? yes it is. this is still a great place to come be IF you want quick movement and growth. nobody can really guarantee an upgrade time but it's almost always going to be faster here than elsewhere for above stated reasons. is it all sunshine and lollypops and rainbows here? god no, TSH is... TSH. but it's bearable and tolerable and even if the upgrade time is a little bit longer than forecast it's going to be quick based on the best available information *today*.

Not saying SKW is the IT spot. I know a bunch of real mo-fo's at CZ who have actually been around for a minute unlike you clowns. The sting is about to start settling in.

What about when 75% of the fleet is up for renewal soon? Or when AA gives the 175's away.

Hey... if you guys jumped on at the right time, awesome.

Don't try and peddle the MESA sauce on all the newbs just because they're dumb enough to take a bite.

I thought a lot of SkyWesters drink the kool aid but this takes the cake.
