Got the TBNT. Is 1200TT too soon to be applying? Anyone have a recruiters number that I could speak to? No phone numbers listed on the website just an email.

I would say yes, in short. How many hours you logging per month? Need 1500 hours. They're going to tell you the same thing on the phone. Plus there are still cargo pilot applying as well as other regional airline "refugee" pilots applying.

I'm flying my ass off and averaging 140 hours a month. I'm aware of the 1500 hour rule just wanted to get a jump on the interview and hopefully get lined up with a class date for August if I make the cut. The TBNT didn't advise on how long to wait before reapplying. Thats what I wanted to talk to a recruiter about. No sweat, I'm persistent and this is my target for now.

No clue that's why I'm speculating that its possibly my TT. No skeletons in the closet here. Here is the direct quote from the email "Thank you for your interest in employment with Compass Airlines. We have reviewed your information and have carefully considered your qualifications for the First Officer position. Please be advised that we will be considering more competitive candidates at this time" I wasn't advised on when to or if I can reapply. So I guess I'll just keep flying and try again in July. I have all of the ATP requirements met with the exception of TT. I keep reading that seniority is everything and I can't help but chomp at the bit. Guess I'll have to slow my roll. Thanks
What was the reason for the TBNT? I think that's the most important aspect of when you should re-apply. If it was simply because you didn't have enough hours, then just reapply when you have the 1500. Applying at 1200 is way too early for Compass. Other regionals will take you when you're 12 months from obtaining the 1500 but not here. If you're flying 140 hours per month (Jesus) - you'll be good to go in just 2 months! Make sure you have 50 ME too. They're scheduling interviews pretty quickly anyway. I guess you just gotta be patient.
